Dumble training to feel the entire body

 They step up the concept of muscle, help burn calories, and allow the entire body to exercise and tonic. If you thought that the dumbbells were only used to muscle the arms, from now on you will change your mind.




We often have the misconception that dumbbells gym equipment is used to train our arms only and that they only strengthen the upper body through their exercises. They are however an excellent tool for increasing training and performance for all muscle groups. By adding a pair of dumbness to our training course, we can improve calorie burning and thus speed up the loss of fat. However, it is still free.

Do Squats

Having the elbow flexed, we hold a stump in one hand and position the other opposite. We do 2 sets of 10 squats keeping our chest high and looking straight ahead. The objective of the dumbbell is to cause greater instability and therefore the abdomen has to be much more activated to maintain balance. To increase the intensity, we can perform squats with two dumbbells.

Protest or steps

On one side, we carry ignorance. We have to begin the exercise by separating our legs and moving one leg back to form a 90o corner with the knee. We perform 2 sets of 10 repeats with each leg, monitor the breath and release the air during the climb, to make the exercise more convenient. Like squats, we take the two dumbbells if we want to increase the intensity even more.

Exercise For Arms

We train biceps and triceps as the upper body works. On each side a dumbbell extends our arms out, leaving the palm of our side to the left, just behind our knees, in our legs slightly bent and our abdomen just enabled. We curve the elbows to place the stumps on our backs.

Shoulder lift

We combine our previous move with a lateral arms lift. We raise our arms in a circle every time we bend a knee back. We repeat it with every leg in 2 sets of 10 repeats.

Punches for boxing

We can do it quicker or slower, but always turn the tail and activate the abdomen. We've been waiting for 30 seconds.

The importance of the material

Before doing any dumbbell exercise, it is important to choose a weight and size that suits the needs of your body and your physical condition. It is recommended that you start with 1kg dumbbells to avoid injuries and that you increase the weight as you train.
